Tough negotiator – I know the difference between negotiation and giving your house away. Don’t lose thousands (or tens of thousands) of dollars by hiring an agent who will give away your house in order to make a commission!

Anyone can get in once they know the code, any time of day, and there’s no way to track it!

Buyer feedback reports – After every showing, we solicit feedback from the buyer’s agent, then forward that information for your review. We will use this information to assess any trends in buyer’s opinions about staging, showability, price, and best features.

XIX. Performance Guarantee
Should Tony Fantis not perform the services as stated above, you may terminate your listing agreement. Prior to termination you agree to notify Tony in writing and give him 72 hours to correct the situation or perform the service in question.
